missingWrote a review on Dec 19high-quality breakfastinconsistent service
The breakfast was a delightful surprise with a variety of options and quality food, far surpassing typical hotel fare.
However, it was disappointing to find that my request for no room makeup was not honored, as the coffee cups in our room were not replaced with clean ones during our three-night stay.

Great surprise staying above a bustling train station, with clean rooms and fantastic toilettes. Easy access to multiple restaurants within the same building.
Navigating to the lobby can be tricky. The bathroom design isn’t ideal, with a threshold that occasionally trips you up and a shower only halfway covered by a plexiglass panel, lacking a full curtain.

missingWrote a review on Nov 21excellent breakfasttight spacelanguage barrier
The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of options.
I encountered some difficulties during my stay. The tight space around the bed in the Superior Twin Room made it challenging to navigate, especially with one side of the bed facing the wall. The check-out experience was marred by language barriers, leaving me without a proper invoice at a crucial time before I had to catch my train. This inconvenience ultimately overshadowed the otherwise decent accommodations.

Family getaway with useful conveniences
We enjoyed the charming pastel green room that just calmed my nerves after all the travel stress. Plus, that bathroom with the deep tub was just what we needed after a long day!
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth the experience.

Really good staff. The receptionist, with 30 years of experience, helped with my heavy luggage and even contacted the police when I thought I lost my passport. The room was comfortable and quiet, equipped with a minibar and amenities. A fantastic experience!

Consider taking the elevator from the 2nd floor of the station for a direct route to the lobby, saving you time and energy.

Had a fantastic stay at Associa Shin-Yokohama! The breakfast buffet blew me away and the view of Mt. Fuji from my room was fine. A bit pricey, but overall a great place for easy travel. Loved being above all the action at the station.

I enjoyed my stay with clean accommodations and access to a variety of restaurants, which made meals easy. The breakfast was a highlight, offering plenty of delicious options. However, I found the space around the bed quite tight, and the breakfast restaurant was crowded on weekends, which could be improved. Overall, it is a good choice for short stays or travelers in transit.

missingWrote a review on May 22buffet breakfastlounge accessconvenient laundryexpensive breakfast
The buffet breakfast blew me away with its variety, and I loved relaxing with free coffee and fresh fruit juice in the lounge. It was nice to have a laundromat on-site for convenience, but I found the breakfast pricing a bit steep. Definitely a solid choice for anyone planning to explore the area! 😊
